The hotel's superb location allowed for easy exploration of the city's vibrant culture, from colonial landmarks to contemporary arts scenes. the staff, notably Jonathan Oquendo and Sebastian Bocanument, provided exemplary service, complementing the hotel's warm atmosphere. While the penthouse boasted breathtaking views and well-curated décor, the lack of a full-length mirror was a minor inconvenience. the on-site café left much to be desired but did not detract from the overall experience. the spacious rooms, equipped with modern amenities, ensured a comfortable stay. However, the slight uphill location may challenge some guests, and language barriers with the staff could hinder smooth communication. Nevertheless, Be Mate Medellín Aparthotel's reasonable rates, combined with its cultural surroundings and attentive service, make it a compelling choice for travelers seeking a well-rounded experience in Medellín.
